Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar o recheio: refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados e acrescentar o feij\u00e3o branco batido, a cebolinha e salsinha picadas e sal, misturando bem, at\u00e9 formar uma pasta. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Hidratar o trigo para quibe: cobrir o trigo com o dobro de \u00e1gua quente e deixar de molho por cerca de 30 minutos. Em seguida, escorrer o excesso de \u00e1gua;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar a massa: refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar a berinjela picada em peda\u00e7os pequenos, o molho de soja e deixar cozinhar at\u00e9 a berinjela ficar bem macia;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Em um recipiente, misturar este refogado com o trigo para quibe hidratado, a farinha de trigo, o suco de lim\u00e3o, a hortel\u00e3 picada, a canela, a noz moscada, a pimenta-do-reino e sal a gosto, misturando bem, at\u00e9 formar uma massa;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Acomodar 2\/3 da massa em formas untadas com \u00f3leo, nivelando a superf\u00edcie, e cobrir com o recheio;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Cobrir o recheio com uma camada fina da massa (1\/3 restante), nivelando sua superf\u00edcie.
