Na hora de utilizar, escorrer o excesso de \u00e1gua;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Retirar as pontas e as partes mais fibrosas da ab\u00f3bora, al\u00e9m das sementes (n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio retirar a casca) e cortar em peda\u00e7os pequenos (aproximadamente 2 x 2 cm);<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Cortar a vagem em palitos pequenos, do mesmo tamanho da ab\u00f3bora, e cozinhar com um pouco de sal at\u00e9 ficar <em>al dente<\/em>.
