Adicionar a noz moscada e sal. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar o molho vermelho: refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola picada em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar o extrato de tomate, refogando mais um pouco. Adicionar o tomate picado, o catchup, o molho de mostarda, sal e \u00e1gua aos poucos e cozinhar por mais um tempo. Corrigir a consist\u00eancia do molho e a acidez (se necess\u00e1rio) e, no final, misturar cebolinha e salsinha picadas;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Tirar as pontas da berinjela e cort\u00e1-la em cubos pequenos. Chapear com um pouco de \u00f3leo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Misturar o molho vermelho com o creme de feij\u00e3o e as berinjelas chapeadas, mexendo bem para homogeneizar a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Acrescentar o champignon fatiado (sem a \u00e1gua da salmoura) e cozinhar brevemente para incorporar o sabor da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o.
