Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Acrescentar na massa de leguminosa a cebola, o alho e o \u00f3leo e bater no liquidificador at\u00e9 triturar bem. Em seguida, adicionar a cebolinha e salsinha picadas, a farinha de mandioca, sal e or\u00e9gano a gosto, misturando bem at\u00e9 incorporar tudo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Deixar a massa descansando sob refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o por mais ou menos uma hora, caso necess\u00e1rio;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Moldar as bolinhas de leguminosa, de forma a montar cada espetinho com tr\u00eas bolinhas, atendendo \u00e0 por\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Cortar o quiabo em peda\u00e7os, o tomate (sem sementes) em cubos e a cebola em p\u00e9talas, todos com aproximadamente 3 cm;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Montar os espetinhos iniciando e finalizando com a bolinha de leguminosa. Intercalar os legumes com as bolinhas;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Assar os espetinhos em forno combinado ou fritar por imers\u00e3o at\u00e9 que as bolinhas fiquem cozidas no centro e douradas por fora, deixando escorrer o excesso de \u00f3leo.
