Em seguida, descascar e cortar a ab\u00f3bora em cubos pequenos;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados, adicionar a ab\u00f3bora, a leguminosa cozida, o espinafre cortado em tiras finas, o or\u00e9gano e sal a gosto, refogando por mais um tempo. No final, adicionar cebolinha e salsinha picadas;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar a massa: em um recipiente, misturar farinha de trigo com um pouco de sal e a\u00e7afr\u00e3o ou c\u00farcuma e adicionar o \u00f3leo aos poucos, sovando bem at\u00e9 obter uma massa de consist\u00eancia firme;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Separar cerca de 20% do volume total da massa para cobrir os empad\u00f5es;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Em uma superf\u00edcie de inox, abrir a massa com um rolo, de forma que fique o mais fina poss\u00edvel, e dispor no fundo e nas laterais da forma.
