Na hora de utilizar, escorrer o excesso de \u00e1gua;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Retirar as pontas da berinjela e cort\u00e1-la ao meio no sentido do seu comprimento ou em 4 peda\u00e7os, no sentido da largura, com aproximadamente 5 cm de altura;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Retirar o miolo dos peda\u00e7os de berinjela (aproximadamente 0,5 cm de borda) e reserv\u00e1-lo para outras prepara\u00e7\u00f5es. Temperar os peda\u00e7os de berinjela com sal e alho batido. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola picada em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar o tomate picado, refogando por um tempo. Adicionar a PTS hidratada, ao cebolinha e salsinha picadas, o or\u00e9gano e sal a gosto e cozinhar por mais um tempo, misturando bem;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Rechear os peda\u00e7os de berinjela com este refogado. Levar ao forno combinado at\u00e9 a berinjela ficar cozida.
