Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Para alm\u00f4ndega com PTS:<\/h6>\n<h6>a) Deixar a PTS de molho com o dobro de \u00e1gua quente ou mais at\u00e9 hidratar. Na hora de utilizar, escorrer o excesso de \u00e1gua;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados at\u00e9 dourar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Acrescentar a leguminosa batida (ou a PTS hidratada), a batata em flocos, a farinha de trigo, o sal e a cebolinha e a salsinha picadas. Cozinhar, mexendo sempre, at\u00e9 desprender do fundo da panela;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Esperar esfriar um pouco e modelar as alm\u00f4ndegas de forma a servir duas unidades por pessoa, atendendo \u00e0 por\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Assar as alm\u00f4ndegas no forno combinado ou fritar por imers\u00e3o at\u00e9 que fiquem cozidas no centro e douradas por fora, deixando escorrer o excesso de \u00f3leo. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar o molho: refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar o extrato de tomate, refogando mais um pouco. Adicionar o tomate picado e o sal e cozinhar por mais um tempo.
