Temperar os peda\u00e7os de abobrinha com sal e alho batido e levar ao forno combinado (vapor) at\u00e9 ficarem <em>al dente<\/em>;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola cortada em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar o tomate picado, refogando por mais um tempo. Adicionar a leguminosa cozida, o sal, a p\u00e1prica picante e a cebolinha e salsinha picadas, e cozinhar por mais um tempo, misturando bem;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Rechear os peda\u00e7os de abobrinha cozida com este refogado.
