Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola picada em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar a leguminosa batida, o sal e a cebolinha e salsinha picadas, misturando bem, at\u00e9 formar uma pasta. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Retirar as pontas da abobrinha e cort\u00e1-la em fatias finas no sentido do seu comprimento. Temperar as fatias com sal e grelhar levemente na chapa com um pouco de \u00f3leo. Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Cortar a cenoura, a vagem e o piment\u00e3o (sem sementes) em palitos e cozinh\u00e1-los com sal at\u00e9 ficarem <em>al dente<\/em>, tomando o cuidado para n\u00e3o perderem a croc\u00e2ncia;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Montar as abobrinhas \u00e0 rol\u00ea espalhando a pasta de leguminosa sobre cada fatia de abobrinha. Adicionar tamb\u00e9m uma tira de cenoura, uma de vagem e uma de piment\u00e3o; enrolar e prender com o palito de dente;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar o molho: refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar o tomate picado e cozinhar por um tempo at\u00e9 encorpar o molho. Adicionar sal e cebolinha e salsinha picadas. Tomar cuidado para n\u00e3o deixar o molho muito ralo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Distribuir as abobrinhas em uma cuba rasa e cobrir com o molho.
