Ajustar o sal e adicionar noz moscada. Finalizar acrescentando o queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado e misturar bem;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados e acrescentar o apresuntado, refogando por mais um tempo. Em seguida, adicionar a ervilha (sem a \u00e1gua da salmoura) e refogar rapidamente;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Incorporar este refogado ao molho branco e misturar bem. Ajustar o sal (se necess\u00e1rio);<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Em outra panela, cozinhar o macarr\u00e3o com \u00e1gua e sal at\u00e9 ficar <em>al dente<\/em>.
