Acrescentar o tomate, o alho por\u00f3, o sals\u00e3o, a abobrinha, a cenoura, ervilha e milho verde (sem a \u00e1gua da salmoura), extrato de tomate e sal a gosto, refogando por mais um tempo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Agregar a este refogado de legumes as farinhas de mandioca e de milho, azeitona (sem a \u00e1gua da salmoura) e misturar \u00e1gua fervente aos poucos, mexendo sempre at\u00e9 ficar em consist\u00eancia pastosa.
