Em seguida, desprezar a \u00e1gua;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Cozinhar a ervilha seca com um pouco de sal at\u00e9 ficar bem macia e reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Higienizar os vegetais;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar o molho branco: derreter a margarina, acrescentar a farinha de trigo e mexer at\u00e9 dourar; acrescentar o leite aos poucos, mexendo bem para n\u00e3o empelotar. Ajustar o sal e adicionar noz moscada;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Em um liquidificado, bater a ervilha seca cozida com o refogado de cebola e alho e incorporar ao molho branco at\u00e9 obter uma mistura homog\u00eanea.
