ovos;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Colocar o frango em uma panela coberto com \u00e1gua, adicionar um pouco de sal e cozinhar at\u00e9 ficar macio. Ap\u00f3s esfriar um pouco, desfiar o frango (desossar e descartar a pele, se necess\u00e1rio) e reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar tomate picado, extrato de tomate e sal e refogar por mais um tempo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Juntar a este refogado o frango desfiado, temperar com pimenta-do-reino, acrescentar milho verde, azeitona (sem a \u00e1gua da salmoura) e cebolinha e salsinha picadas e refogar por mais um tempo para incorporar o sabor da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar a massa: bater no liquidificador farinha de trigo, leite, \u00f3leo, ovos, amido de milho e sal at\u00e9 obter uma massa lisa e homog\u00eanea.
