Reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Picar a lingui\u00e7a calabresa em cubos pequenos, refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo e acrescentar cebola, alho, tomate e piment\u00e3o verde (sem sementes) picados em cubos mi\u00fados, extrato de tomate e, por \u00faltimo, a costela desfiada.
