Tomar cuidado com a quantidade de sal, pois a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o leva molho de soja no final;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Cortar a acelga em peda\u00e7os m\u00e9dios (aproximadamente 3 x 3 cm) e misturar com a cenoura. Deixar cozinhar por mais um tempo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados e gengibre ralado, at\u00e9 dourar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Misturar este refogado \u00e0 cenoura e acelga cozidos e acrescentar o molho de soja, deixando cozinhar por mais um tempo, apenas para equilibrar o sabor da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o.
