{"id":46929,"date":"2024-05-21T09:41:10","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T12:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proad.ufpr.br\/ru\/?page_id=46929"},"modified":"2024-05-21T10:34:31","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T13:34:31","slug":"pesquisa-de-satisfacao-2023","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/proad.ufpr.br\/ru\/pesquisa-de-satisfacao-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"PESQUISA DE SATISFA\u00c7\u00c3O 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Entre os dias 30\/10 a 19\/11 foi aplicada a Pesquisa de Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o 2023 dos Restaurantes Universit\u00e1rios, na qual foram abordadas quest\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 percep\u00e7\u00e3o de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos usu\u00e1rios quanto aos servi\u00e7os prestados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As respostas \u00e0 pesquisa foram individuais e \u00fanicas, sem possibilidade de respostas em duplicidade. Cada usu\u00e1rio teve a possibilidade de avaliar, atrav\u00e9s do formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico (Google Forms)&nbsp;os aspectos: ambiente, limpeza e higiene, atendimento\/cortesia, variedade do card\u00e1pio, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos pratos, temperatura das prepara\u00e7\u00f5es, reposi\u00e7\u00e3o, higiene dos funcion\u00e1rios, sabor das refei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os usu\u00e1rios pontuaram cada aspecto em uma escala de p\u00e9ssimo a excelente, podendo ainda incluir coment\u00e1rios para cada ponto avaliado. Para an\u00e1lise dos resultados e convers\u00e3o dos crit\u00e9rios (excelente, bom, ruim, regular e p\u00e9ssimo), em n\u00fameros pass\u00edveis de quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o para fins de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, estabeleceu-se a seguinte escala de convers\u00e3o, visando atribuir pesos proporcionais \u00e0s opini\u00f5es: Excelente (10), Bom (8), Regular (6), Ruim (4) e P\u00e9ssimo (2). As notas atribu\u00eddas foram ent\u00e3o somadas e divididas pelo total de respondentes, obtendo-se uma nota ponderada para cada aspecto avaliado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os Restaurantes obtiveram avalia\u00e7\u00e3o acima de 7,0, sendo o servi\u00e7o considerado entre&nbsp;<strong>BOM,&nbsp;\u00d3TIMO E EXCELENTE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
